About Me
Strategic Communication · University of Minnesota Twin Cities

I have a BA in Strategic Communication with a minor in Retail and Consumer Studies from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities. I'm fluent in both Russian and English, and passionate about digital marketing strategy and research.
I'm building a career across marketing, communications, content, and digital strategy. I tend to question how things are done, not to be difficult, but because I care about building clearer, smarter systems that work better for the whole team. When a process is slow or a strategy isn't landing, I dig into why and rebuild it into something more effective.

Behind This Site
I built and designed this entire website myself, then figured out how to put it online for free. No agency, no template service, no monthly subscription quietly taking a cut of my own work. I taught myself the coding side as I went, breaking things and fixing them until it looked and worked the way I wanted.
I'll be honest: I wasn't about to pay $30 a month for the privilege of letting people see what I made. So I found my own way to own it. I built it in v0, version it on GitHub, and host it on Vercel, free and fully mine.
I question rules that exist for their own sake, not to cut corners, but because there's almost always a smarter path to the same result. Here that meant refusing a $30 monthly fee and finding a cleaner way to own and ship my own work. It's the same instinct I bring to marketing and strategy: spot the friction, remove it, and build something that works better. This whole site is me making that case for the job I want next.
